MONKS, Nuns, Friars
middle class
These people usually gave up normal life amenities and devoted their lives to living religious locations such as convents to pray and study. They did not have responsibilities since they chose to live their lives this way and their role in society is usually to study, help poor families and sometimes serve as healers or doctors. Since these people are regular citizens they were not entitled to any special rights or privileges but sometimes they would have a right to rule a monastery since they were very educated.
Friars were travelers(preachers) who went around the kingdom and tried to preach different teachings on behalf of monks and nuns. It is also their responsibility to inform communities of special teachings. They too do not have special rights except the right to their jobs.
